What we collect

When you apply or book a call, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email, the states you are licensed in, what you sell, and your answers about ad spend and how you get leads today.

Like most sites, we also use cookies and similar technologies from Meta (the Meta pixel) and Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site, and to show relevant ads on those platforms.

What we use it for

To respond to your application, run the service you hired us for, and send you the texts and emails you asked for. If you checked the SMS box, we may text you about FexAds; reply STOP at any time and that ends immediately.

Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers.

What we never do

We never sell your information. We never share your contact details with lead vendors, marketers, or anyone else outside the small set of tools that run this site (Stripe, Twilio, Resend, Notion, Vercel, Meta, Google).

This one matters to us for an obvious reason: our whole pitch is that your data should belong to you. That applies to yours too.

Your choices

Want your data deleted, corrected, or exported? Email us and it is done. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Standard browser settings and platform ad preferences control the pixel and analytics cookies.
