The service
FexAds builds and manages Meta ad campaigns inside your own Meta Business Manager and ad account. The one-time setup fee covers the initial build (website, pixel, audiences, creative, campaign launch). The monthly fee covers ongoing management. Ad spend is separate and paid by you directly to Meta.
What stays yours
Your ad account, your Meta page, your pixel and its data, the website we build for you, and every lead generated. Cancel and all of it stays with you. You can remove our partner access from your Business Manager at any time in two clicks.
Billing and cancellation
The setup fee is charged once, up front. The monthly management fee bills on a recurring basis and you can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges and does not claw anything back from you. There are no long-term contracts and no early-exit fees.
No guarantees of results
We do not promise a number of leads or a cost per lead, and you should not trust anyone in this industry who does. Advertising results depend on your market, your offer, your budget, and Meta itself. What we promise is the work: campaigns built properly, watched every business day, and full transparency in your own account.
Your responsibilities
You confirm you are a licensed life insurance agent in the states you give us, that the information in your application is accurate, and that you will comply with the insurance regulations that apply to you, including how you contact leads. You are responsible for your Meta account standing to the extent it depends on your business information and conduct.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is capped at the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for Meta platform decisions, ad account restrictions, or the actions of leads generated by campaigns.
