How to choose a Facebook ad agency for insurance
- Put the ad account in your name. Everything Meta learns about your buyers lives there.
- Prefer a flat fee. A percentage of spend grows every time you scale.
- Avoid long minimums. You will know within 30 to 60 days whether it works.
- Check the requirement. Some programs need you contracted with their IMO.
- Ask how fast leads reach your phone. Speed to lead decides more sales than the ad does.

Questions
Asked often.
What is the best Facebook ad agency for final expense agents?
It depends on your budget and whether you want to run anything yourself. For a producing agent who wants it fully done and the account in their name, FEXads. The cheapest managed option we found is Scale With Luke at $300 setup and $100 a month. For a one-time build you run yourself, Lee’s Lead Systems. If you are contracted with DigitalBGA, its $500 a month program is built for you.
How much do Facebook ad agencies charge insurance agents?
Among the services we checked on October 8, 2026, published management fees ran from $100 to $500 a month, plus ad spend paid to Meta. Setup fees ran from $0 to $797, and one-time builds cost $2,500 to $2,900. Some charge a percentage of spend above a threshold. Several do not publish prices.
Should the ad account be in my name?
Yes. If the agency runs your ads in its own account, you lose the pixel data, the audiences and the history when you leave. Only four of the services we checked say the ads run in the agent’s own account: FEXads, Scale With Luke, Next Level CRM and Lee’s Lead Systems. Leads For Life implies it.
Is a percentage-of-spend fee bad?
Not always, but it means your bill grows every time you scale a campaign that works. A flat fee keeps the cost of management the same at $1,500 or $15,000 a month in spend.
What should I ask a Facebook ad agency before signing?
Whose name is on the ad account. Whether there is a contract or minimum term. Whether the fee is flat or a percentage of spend. What happens to the leads, pixel and website if you cancel. Whether you see spend and cost per lead daily without asking. Anyone who guarantees a cost per lead before your account has run is selling, not forecasting.
